First Meeting about Children’s Cinema
The first Meeting on Children’s Cinema in Portugal took place on the 2nd and 3rd of March, 2023, at Cinema São Jorge in Lisbon. An international event aimed at the film industry, journalists, institutions, academics and researchers, professionals, and education agents linked to the children’s sector.

the formation of new audiences, the distribution, production and exhibition of children’s cinema, as well as the relevance of this emerging industry. The aim is to create a space for reflection and sharing between national and international professional agents.
